The Reel Production Calendar 5.2 provides a new Auto Sizing option that will allow
events and rows to grow automatically to show more information.
Please read the following for important information about this feature.
View Auto Size Demo
Auto Size Rows
The Auto Size Row option will automatically increase the size of rows in
the 30 Day View if the number or size of events exceeds the row size.
- Turning feature On and Off:
This feature is enabled by default. To turn this feature off choose
Edit/Options and uncheck the option for Automatically resize week row
option. You will then be able to manually size rows but only within
the size of the screen.
- Printing:
When a calendar page grows beyond the normal page size, a continuation
page will be printed containing the additional information.
- Clip to week row boundary:
To prevent events from being clipped during printout an option has
been added to break the page if an entire week cannot be started and
finished on the same page. This will prevent most cases of event
clipping. To turn this feature off choose Edit/Options and uncheck
the option for Clip to week row boundary. *
* Disabling the clip to week row option may cause events to be
clipped at the bottom of printouts. If this occurs, resize the event(s)
(increase or decrease height) until the clipping stops or re-enable clip
to week row option.
Auto Size Events
The Auto Size Event option will allow events to grow automatically to
accommodate text and larger font sizes.
